Plywood production process

Veneer finishing → gluing group → prepressing → hot pressing → edge cutting → sanding → inspection grade → Packing and storage.

Veneer finishing: Veneer finishing includes cutting, assembling, and repairing. Hot pressing: the coated slab is firmly glued together by a certain temperature and a certain pressure. With the change of the temperature and moisture content of the slab during hot pressing, the wood is gradually compressed and the thickness of the slab is gradually reduced.

Edge cutting: the hot pressed wool board is cut into specification board.

Sanding: the surface of the plywood is sanding, so that the surface is smooth and beautiful.

How to choose plywood
